Do NOT go to the onsite Wellness centers for Annuals or any checkups.. if you do your health profile is exposed to the employer and will impact impact your employment if it is gets to be a high risk by age.
Go to your own doctor outside..

I never confirmed nor signed up for COBRA yet somehow I am still getting billed for something. I was laid off here and wanted to just leave in peace but WTF is this company giving me more reasons to get angry?
Make sure you spend the entire amount you set up for your FSA account in 2026 before your end date. Oracle legally can't do a thing about it.

Does anyone know how/where COBRA payments are made once our insurance transitions? My garden leave ends in June 1 and I really don’t want O decimating my final payout for the COBRA.
Working here. I don’t have any benefits as a cw. Paid thousands of dollars just to go to the dentist. I also regret spending money on expensive clothes just to impress girls.
Did y'all get admin leave this round too, or just the two weeks per year of service? Did people get outstanding LTI? Thanks.

Wow, I was surprised not to find any public forums regarding state farm employees to chit chat, but I wanted to post here and say my whole onboarding group going into 2019 from various sections in the company are no longer employed with state farm. I ignited an old group chat out of curiosity. 17 in total and the last person to leave was in early 2025. Most people were let go or left around 2022-23
I found this metric interesting and worth putting out there. We all got sold on how it was a life long career and investment into your education for financial and personal growth.
Didn't get much detail but it seems the majority were right to worked for various little reasons primarily with the legacy benefits package. (Pension)
Any Cisco retirees using Cisco RMAP health insurance plan? Can you share the premium you are paying and how you like/dislike it?
Anyone have any idea what MW and the Legend of Doom are cooking up next? Benefits are what they will come for next so what are they coming for? Anyone have any insider knowledge? When will the monster retire?
Layoff email from Meta says:
Payment of COBRA (health insurance) premiums for you and your family (if they are dependents on your current plan) for 18 months.
From my friend I heard, Oracle is just paying 1m .
Has anyone here used the dentist on campus? Curious if the experience was good.
Wondering if it the same as last time.
Has T Rowe Price ever had a "corporate tent" at the Preakness race? If so, did they have one this year? Hiring cheap labor really opened the door for "leadership" to treat themselves right - VIP suites at Orioles and Ravens and waterfront harbor views. Paid lunches and dinners in Harbor East. Who knows what else. Must be nice.
for a January hire, when exactly does the last 40% vest? is the June before, after the new year, or after you reach the actual mid-jan work anniversary?
I just want to see if they made any changes since the last round.
LL6 is a sh---y role in every way, including compensation. Don't be an LL6 unless your goal is to become LL5 or higher.
LL5 is where all the money , annual stock awards, gigantic bouses, and other secret benefits kick in, vs LL6. LL6 is just a GSR8.5 (glorified engineer )
Can anyone elaborate on what happens with RSU's if you are currently getting package? I'm looking for specifics (in advance of next round) so I can plan accordingly. I'm assuming you just get the 60 days on payroll to vest but hoping they may forward vest some. Retirement eligible may be a variable also.
Thanks in advance. Good luck to all.
Im one of the few disappointed that I didn't get laid off... What are the benefits and qualifications for voluntarily retiring??? Im not 55 yet but have been working at fidelity for 22 years....
Would love to stay on the fidelity health insurance and use my rhrp and hsa for that (adds up to 75k)
When you retire from AT&T now .............. do you get any benefits as a former employee .
Just remember reading it here on this site: VTP, per contract, will be happening soon. This includes up to two years pay and continued benefits. Sweet news! Glad I'm not management.
Salim will hit his 2 year mark at Vanguard in a few months. I left the organization mid-2025 and had already noticed a lot of change since he joined, especially in leadership and organizational initiatives. From a Crew perspective, do you think Salim is an improvement over Tim? Do you think his outsider status could make him more likely to go after benefits, partnership, etc.?
My own perspective: Over my years at Vanguard there seemed to be less of an emphasis of developing and promoting from within. This accelerated massively over my last year.
WFH PSC, PSC, RETAIL ORANGE CONTRACT IS ALMOST DONE , AND SHOULD BE SIGNED BY MAY 22nd! THE TOWN HALL MEETING WITH THE UNION WAS GREAT, SO MANY INCREASES IN PAY, BENEFITS, AND BONUSES! WFH IS SECURED UNTIL 2030! AT&T APPRECIATES ITS WORKERS! THANK YOU SO MUCH TELECOM GIANT!
Unfortunately I got laid off, but I was wondering if we could still use the facilities?
I know we get lifetime discount, but for some reason I heard if you worked here for 5+ years you can still use the facilities like Bo Jackson / NSC
Is that true?
Many companies are stopping multiple benefits.
Have any of the Legacy Hess employees with prior service at Chevron had their service record updated properly after submitting the required F36 form in the first 60 days of rehire? I am still fighting with the offshore Benefits Connection team. They are truly incompetent; what a great way to save the company money.
Are we out of the woods yet with the low stock price yet? Looks good so far. Hopefully everyone onsemi layed off in the past can enjoy some of the benefits to the price rise when they sell and put the onsemi experience behind them.
For those that have left and received their termination packages, how long is the company offering health, dental, and life insurance benefits?
I hear that XOM doesn’t like to carry the liability on their books of your pension after you leave. So if you leave after 5, 10, 15, 20 years and don’t reach 55 they offer you lump sum for your pension payment.
Is this true? If so, what do those amounts look like?
Suppose you make it to early retirement at 55 and still want to work elsewhere. Doesn’t the company have stipulations around not working for competitors after retirement? And aren’t there some big threats tied to that….like lost pension, lost unvested RSUs, etc? How does that actually play out? …has the company ever pursued some sort of benefit cut tied to this?
@bc There is a docu-sign package with multiple pdfs where associate who is impacted have to sign. This is an agreement terms and conditions to get the severance pay and benefits. Like I will keep things confidential, I won't go to media, court etc etc.
Unless associate electronically sign the agreement they wont get severance benefits ( like 6 months of pay, 401k vesting, prorated bonus etc. )
This docu-sign pdfs has one file which they have to give list of people ( not names or a#, but title, role, level etc. ) who were part of RIF and their ages. It is a legal document to comply with the law that firm did not do layoff of people due to their age, this is becase of equal opportunity employer law. That list is the only real place you can find number of associates impacted.
Hope everyone is ready. VP here from LEGACY (not Heritage) TSYS... benefits will be changing next year. Expect changes with time off packages, 401K match, hybrid work (full RTO), and substantial increase in Healthcare costs. You heard it here first.
This company is a total mess. Precisely why I am included in the next RIF in July.
A recent study analyzed worker risks across the United States. Affordable Contractors Insurance conducted the comprehensive report. Mississippi ranked eighth among states with the biggest risks for workers. Factors included high layoff rates, low wages, and limited unemployment benefits. The state also lacks paid sick leave and family leave laws.
Biloxi, Mississippi

Not the "handout book".
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Some great people are here, and I am looking for your advice on how to negotiate salary and benefits. from North america in prov offer process.
What GC band do specialists get hired on?
What salary base for that GC band?
