Anyone noticed more retirees than normal these passed few days? Seems like they waited to ensure they got their bonus and got outta here.
How do you handle the fear?
Does anyone else worry constantly that today could be the day? I can't shake the feeling that my position might just disappear. How do you cope with that?
RTO = Better pay.
RTO = More collaboration, problem solving and networking which leads to better raises, bonuses and career opportunities. All of which are raises.
RTO Timeline
If you got your letter and you opt not to move, how long until you’re given two weeks notice to leave? A couple weeks? A couple months? Whenever they feel like it?
