We are back to back with calls and we see a group of L2 managers posting memes and mocking each other in the chat room. L3s please make your managers work just like we are.

You can’t even get through to them and you can tell those agents are miserable. Wayfair needs to rethink and retool this mess.

This announcement will mean more layoffs. Brace yourselves we’re in for a rough few months again.
