People are saying March but it might be Jan 2027

We were instructed to update our workday profiles today. Also told HR would be pulling reports to make sure we did them.Anyone think this may be cryptic before a layoff or have any additional insight? It seems odd.

What does that even mean?

Anyone getting wind of this? I just heard from someone that its a possibility. Rumors spread really fast. I would think we would have a leak here but no one talking about it. Thought I would pose the question.

All the people downvoting others saying that layoff will be today on 9/14 and 9/15 IDC… turns out those whistleblowers were indeed correct.

An Oracle RSU agreement publicly filed says unvested awards terminate when employment ends. Its definition can use the date termination notice is delivered, and excludes notice periods or garden leave from extending employment for vesting purposes. That means continued pay alone may not preserve vesting.

With September 15th being a big vesting date, I’d say with 99.9% certainty it’s coming Monday the 14th. This date was corroborated by an M7

I know an M7 who is a family friend and confirmed that huge layoffs are coming on Tuesday 9/15 in US and will be happening in pre-sales teams.

I know all of us at Fiserv live under this persistent threat of a layoff looming over us, but I was wondering if there was anything in your immediate range where you thought you were going to get laid off and eventually did. What were the signs? Not enough work to do? Offshoring work? Lot of deconverted clients to sustain the business unit? Financial losses specific to the business unit? Etc. Or were any of you genuinely surprised you were targeted for the layoff.

Personally speaking I would not be surprised because there are many warning signs in close proximity to me but not just simply that Fiserv isn't doing well as a whole. Too much disruption and offshoring is what I've been seeing operationally.
