Quarterly Report Due 4/24.

Not sure what to think about it, we'll see what we report as it'll impact what we will be doing with employees as well. If the numbers are soft, rest assuered, there will be another wave of chopping and 'streamlining'. With the entire market in... — read more

I’ve been planning an exit for a while now

It’s been tough. There haven’t been all that many options out there, and soon there’ll be even fewer. I’m hoping to find something else before things get worse. I just can’t be here anymore. Not even the pay can justify how toxic Fiserv has become... — read more

Struggling to fill vacancies after RTO

Not only do they mention it's harder to fill vacancies with RTO policies, they also say they use RTO as a method to reduce head count, and if that doesn't work they do layoffs. RTO is just a layoff in disguise... — read more

Lack of common sense

Is absolutely astounding at Fiserv. Book smarts (masters degree and above) have no compression of the business world. I know that is why the old saying 'managers manage the sinking ship while workers try to keep the ship afloat while executives load... — read more

Older leadership is slow growth!!

No risk taking managers and leadership is not the right path for the at least for the clover. I'm seeing, change is not gonna come quickly by the old management. They prefer no risk in everyday work.

Make Fiserv treat you better!

As long as Fiserv remains in the stone age both technoligy wise and HR wise it will continue to bleed out, as it is now. At no time has "leadership", and I use this term as a joke, given the employees in return for all the cr-p we have endured so a... — read more
