I can’t see the logic in the layoffs this week. We lost some really amazing people who were helpful, knowledgeable, and great at their profession. To those let go, you made a difference, it’s not you, it’s Fiserv!

You are just a number, so never ever forget that!! Fiserv does not care about your last review or how many hours you put in..you are an expense and easily exposed of when fictitious numbers can’t be met. We have all seen it!! Takes zero talent to lay people off.
Wish I could give @aj a 100 likes! Many of us who have left see a bleak future for Fiserv especially in FTS. Once interest rate cuts begin expect spin offs now that the stock has crashed. Fiserv will be Clover, merchant services possibly gateway networks.

Appreciate the comments but this is little consolation for years of hard work and built up expertise that is disregarded and replaced by incompetence that just so happens to be in power positions. Fiserv has gone down the drain and the clients can see it clearly.
