Hi I wanted to leave on September not December, and from what I heard from this forum, HR and senior leadership will decide the dates. Is it better to reach out to HRBP that I am interested to leave early, does that make sense?

Any ideas on how vacation accrual will work for those leaving in Sept? The release date is the 13th and vacation accrual date is the 16th. I'm thinking those released on the 13th will not receive the Sept vacation accrual.

MD Services Tech EISP

50k + 3750 per year. Submitted by Sept 10th, off payroll Sept 29th. No cable splicers have received it yet, possibly in 4th quarter after seeing how many serve techs take it.
