Many, many folks are leaving for greener pastures, so I can't understand why we still need layoffs. Stop backfilling positions, and the headcount will reduce on its own. What am I missing here that this is not being done?

Anyone know why there’s a red banner on sparq saying there’s a high call volume for employee center? Is it to do with myHR it seems like there are issues with that nonstop… just curious as to what’s going on….

CALPERS is leaving for CVS/Caremark. Wiped about 1% of all ORx members with the snap of a finger. They were the biggest non-UHG client/formulary after Walmart - we'll see who's next.
