Who is most at risk of being laid off? Is it based on salary typically or what is the criteria?

Do we have enough 60+ people in Oxy that will be enough not to trigger an involuntary layoffs? I don’t know what percentage of people they are looking at reducing if it will come down to letting more people go in the coming months. What’s your take... — read more

Been looking for a change and there is nothing out there. I have many friends that put in applications all day long and get nothing. Anyone having any luck with petro-tech jobs? It is not only this industry as well, buy seems to be across the board.
