I wouldn’t be eligible but my boss would be, and I’d love for him to move on. But I’m guessing there’s no way - OxyChem will probably be hiring more if anything.

Oxy Chem people deserve something for putting up with not getting recognized even though they made bunches of cash.
OxyChem can forget about VSP forever. Not happening prior to closing and it’s more of an O&G thing so I would not expect it going forward under BH. Layoffs are more likely to be the default option. Although don’t see that happening for a couple years since it’s not how BH handles acquisitions. Chem employees are safe (which is good or bad depending on where you stand in the organization).
