FYI: was told we were all safe and bonuses might be impacted, but today was let go. Know of at least 10 others, all from COO's part of the organization.

Was supposed to be in a meeting and the person had an OOO stating they were no longer with the company....are we letting go of people. I looked up another person and same message.

Has anyone heard the rumblings that HCSC is considering upping their in-office requirement to 4 or 5 days a week? My boss eluded to it the other day and framed it as the company wanting us to either get onboard or get out.

Of course we don’t know when. But who feels as if their division will get realigned sooner than later? Division name only and a guess when it will occur to keep it anonymous

Never have I ever saw a company set goals for employees and never offer a glimpse of whether it’s on track to not.

Will they be using their tracking of which Cigna people gave low scores to determine layoff candidates? I assumed so that is why I lied on mine. Who else lied on their survey?

If you work more than a 8 hour day you can walk out and swipe in again and you get credit for 2 days since it is 8 hours apart

I heard hscs opened a big Houston office but I see most job postings are for Chicago/Richardson. How flexible is the company in allowing you to work in a different office?

Since when did HCSC start allowing employees to make up their own titles for public use? Chief growth officer? Market presidents? Directors who are not directors?

Curious how coffee badging is kept track of when there is no exit badging. Is there additional monitoring going on? Does anyone know how this is kept track of?
