Other posts have the rest of the info, but I want people to know that some locations that were supposed to get letters did not get letters Friday. Some people say its because the locations weren't ready for more people, so if someone thought you were getting a letter but did not... you are not now "safe". When the location you were supposed to go to gets some construction...be ready.

I wish they'd just come out and say it
I can deal with mass layoffs. I can't deal with this guessing game and back and forth on whether it's happening.
Freeze is over
J back from her vacation this Friday after a tiring last year. This year it will be more tiring for her , the first layoff starts in March

After the demand centers close up, reorg/shuffling will be discussed by SVPs. This doesn’t necessarily mean layoffs.
April shake up
Hearing the next big move is in April, and it’s big news. I’m sure a someone knows more than I, please share.
Monday meeting
Has anyone else’s group been informed about a meeting this coming meeting with no information on what it is about. The superintendents didn’t even let the foreman know what’s going on. This is in the Permian
More layoffs, fewer jobs-how can workers cope?
Companies are frozen by tariff uncertainty and AI expectations, while workers are stuck in a job market with very little hiring or firing. New figures from the Bureau of Labor Statistics show the hiring rate has dropped to 3.2%, the lowest in more than a decade, apart from the pandemic period.

What's up with the stock price? Everyone seems to be doing good
So, are we going to have layoffs every week from now on?
I mean, I'm being sarcastic. But not really. And these are coming after considerable reductions. I was hoping, naively, that we might get some respite. Foolish.
stock crashing
Doomed
What’s happening?
Are the rumors true that all the integration work with LEX has stopped for now whilst we calculate if we can still pay debts and do business. And before any bot responds about listening to rumors, coz there is no leadership or clear communication this is what happens - rumors are all we have
Happy T-Mobile Tuesday everybody!
Former TMO here who wanted to leave this tip: Check your Workday Documents to see if you still have a future with big Pink. Happy New Year!
I think I'm on my way out
Lately, all my main projects have been canceled or pushed aside. My boss has stopped checking in, and other people are being handed responsibilities that used to be mine. If you've been in the workforce for a while, you learn to recognize these signals. My gut is telling me that my job is at risk.
RIF’s/Layoffs starting today
“HAPPY” New Year… or not, we will see. With the holidays wrapping up, it seems inevitable that all of the layoffs and reductions will start ramping up now seeing that all of the decision makers are back at work after the holiday.
Any ideas what depts will be impacted first? All we know if from the info shared on the all employee call is that Freier’s group (consumer) is “up first…”
I wish the best outcome for everyone during this poor-feeling time of uncertainty.
Any updates?
Is there any chance we get a quiet week or two without nasty surprises?
We’re in for a rough ride in 2026, aren’t we?
I honestly can’t imagine the cuts won’t spread and get even worse next year. I’m not exactly crazy about my job, but options out there are pretty limited.
Any new info about the coming week?
I’ve kind of gotten used to expecting bad news every day, but it would be good to know whether we at least have another couple of weeks without cuts.
Each day just adds to the confusion
I'm getting so tired of this. People are on edge because nobody knows what’s coming next, and that uncertainty is starting to show everywhere. Teams feel disconnected, communication keeps breaking down, and everyone’s spending more time speculating than actually getting work done. Is this our new normal?
Can this be confirmed?
Looks like 272 were escorted out in Sept. 2025. There are at least this amount again planned for 2026 according to news..
Looks like stock (BC) is growing slowly, but 2026 senior notes buyback not a good sign.
I'm asking specifically about the more layoffs early next year part.
I just watched two senior managers walk out the door
In the last couple of weeks, two senior managers on my floor have left voluntarily. Their departures weren't part of any announced layoff, and they both gave standard notice. The fact that senior-level people are choosing to leave so closely together has sent a wave of concern through our team. It makes you wonder what they might know about the company's future plans that hasn't been shared with the rest of us. Is this a sign of things to come?
Layoffs 2”26
11 posts in a row with nothing really about layoffs. I made thru 25. I know there’s stuff brewing for 26, but I’m not sure how it’s all going shake out. AI and automation are going to play a big role in change. Just not sure what that looks like.
When is the next round of layoffs?
Anyone hear anything?
Are we still looking at 1/22 as the next LR date?
Or are there going to be layoffs before that? If anyone has credible updates, please share.
Direction Anyone?
Anyone receiving ANY direction from their leaders since 11/20? Our organization has changed and our responsibilities are supposed to change but it's been over 30 days and nobody has provided an ounce of direction.

Be ready
Unexpected motivation boost
It’s funny how uncertainty flips a switch. Suddenly my resume’s polished, alerts are on, and I’m paying attention again, looking for any opportunity to leave. Not exactly the motivation I wanted, but I’ll take it.
Home decor retailer lays off most staff, future unclear
A home decor retailer has reportedly laid off the majority of its workforce. These significant job cuts affect most of the company's employees. The company's future operations are now uncertain following these widespread layoffs. This move impacts a prominent business within the home decor sector. The decision leaves many employees without jobs and raises questions about the retailer's continued existence.

Why do I have a feeling this won’t be the end of the cuts?
“Streamlining” will make more jobs disappear. On top of that, macro conditions are only getting worse, so even solid plans would struggle, and the current one definitely isn’t all that great. Our jobs were never guaranteed, but they’re becoming even more uncertain now. I feel for the people who were let go this round. The rest of us should stay alert and prepare ourselves for what’s likely coming next.
What's next?
Well, looks like I made it through this time. I hate uncertainty and always want to have a plan b, although the job market is tough what companies are we applying to? Supply chain professional
NetApp keeps me hanging
The thought of severance is the only reason I am still here. Otherwise, I would have left long ago given the uncertainty and constant stress.
Are there anymore layoffs happening in 2025?
I am in Payment Operations, and we had a big ISO release this year, even got a Manager Spotlight award last week (but who cares about these anymore)... however I have reduced work load since mid November and no one is talking about what is coming in January... I asked my Manager in last 1-1 (last week)... and all he said is enjoy the downtime, we are still working through the 2026 allocations... feeling antsy as WF never ceases to pull the rug under the feet !
End date for LCC
Feb 6 it’s over. Better be getting your resume together
Calls going out
Heard there were calls today and some scheduled for tomorrow. Maybe just maybe we will find something out after a week of wondering. Who thinks this sh— up.
Shakedown
big changes. Restructuring. changes happening. more to follow next week.
I guess it’s time to ramp up the job search
If it’s true that we’re heading into a phase of rolling layoffs lasting through the end of February, then the chances of losing a job go up significantly. The earlier you double down on your search, the better your odds of landing at least one offer. The pickings have been very slim out there, and it’s only getting worse.
No peace of mind till the second half of January, then?
God knows how many jobs will be wiped out by the coming major reorg. This holiday season will be miserable for everyone, both those already laid off, and the rest of us stuck in a limbo. The economy is terrible, inflation keeps eating away at everything, and most of us can barely cover basic living costs. Who can survive being out of a job for longer than a month or two?
Can anyone confirm whether layoffs will drag on into Monday?
We know so little about what’s actually happening. The rumors are endless, and I’ve heard from several people that most cuts will wrap up by Friday, with a few lingering into Monday. But I honestly have no idea if that’s true.
December 26 layoff
Are layoffs happening that week?
