@f6 Even when I was still working at HP, I told everyone to not get an HP printer. Controversies aside with their lockdown methods, they’re just really bad. Instructions for OOBE is horrible and the ink never works.

Don't forget locking customers out of their printers if they did not use HP ink. A lot of customers switched to Brother and Epson and never looked back.

Big scramble at co now due to failure of AI PC and instant ink. Raising memory cost is eating deep into the razor thin margin of PC business. Co exploring increasing and speeding up hc reduction to mitigate raising cost. More announcement coming up soon
