I'm getting so tired of this. People are on edge because nobody knows what’s coming next, and that uncertainty is starting to show everywhere. Teams feel disconnected, communication keeps breaking down, and everyone’s spending more time speculating than actually getting work done. Is this our new normal?

They Layoff IT staff really needs to cleanup in a more timely manner the troll posts that add nothing whatsoever to the convo.
At any rate, I feel really anxious to hear about RTO for Phase 2. At that point I'll know what my decision is.
Feeling your anxiety as well. Hang in there until you exit. If Paramount does not get WB, it will be chaos. If it does get it, it will be a year of two of instability until the merger and then more upheaval as they integrate. This is going to be a constant.

@OP Is there are something specifically that is spurring your anxiety? Because honestly, this is the most stable things have been in the last six months and probably will be for the next few months, so while I understand is frustrating, this is the new normal. Might be time to explore other options, although as another poster mentioned, this is pretty standard for most corporate environments, especially in the media or tech space.
Aw, boohoo...
Welcome to the party, pal. This is how it's been for most companies for years.
