If it’s true that we’re heading into a phase of rolling layoffs lasting through the end of February, then the chances of losing a job go up significantly. The earlier you double down on your search, the better your odds of landing at least one offer. The pickings have been very slim out there, and it’s only getting worse.

Well it's the 29th and nothing. I guess this round is done but I am hearing bi-monthly layoffs starting 2026. Anyone else?

If you got 20-30 years of Pepsi experience there is always pumping gas. You may qualify for that but it will be close. If not thank a 20-30 year person. Pepsi was in 2nd when they started while we are in 4th now after their watch but remember it's the Indians who are the problem lol stay w the party line
@OP As a few have mentioned, this has been going on for years. I was shown the door in late May 2024 with others in my org. A few of us were given the VRP many months prior so we knew it was coming.

Do people actually know for sure more is coming or are those just the rumors? Makes no sense to drag this out when it’s obviously tanking the morale of the entire org
If you’re under 45 years old and not actively searching for a job you’re an id--t. The day they stopped the pension program was the they stopped investing and caring about retention. It’s evolved into a job vs a career
Layoffs have been consistent every year or EOY for the past ~10 years.
100% it is true. Don’t believe me, come June and again next December, you be a believer.
This happens every year. Just the target(s) change a little from year to year.
