My team is tired of writing quarterly check- ins and monthly practice reviews. They work hard and spending all this time is getting to them. I had a few just not submit one this quarter despite my weekly reminders. Can’t say I really blame them.

Do you folks in the US get another PS lump sum in addition to the Dec bonus? Is everyone entitled to it? How much do u normally get?

Are they just weeks you’re required to go to office? What if no one on your team lives in the same state as you?

I see them visiting India , Bangalore so often. They hardly visit sites in USA.

Saw a comment on a different post about “connect weeks” schedule being posted…. What’s that? Are those weeks when you’re expected to come into the office? I assume where most if not all meetings are through Zoom? Or is it Forced socializing?

Layoffs coming tomorrow. 15% of middle managers are getting axed. AI has replaced their job and as they add no value a reduction is needed. No layoffs today, right?

Getting anything done here is a nightmare. You need ten approvals for the simplest task. It's not structure, it's a cage that stops you from actually working. I spend more time fighting the system than doing my job.
