@a4 most of wealth got rid of SL, SM, CL a year ago, please tell me reorg /rif will extend beyond technology. This company has so much waste and middle management can't make decisions to save their lives. Something needs to change and fast.
Are phone/service roles being impacted?
I mean I haven’t heard anything but if the strategy is to be 100% back in office and we all know physically that cannot happen with the number of staff…there’s only one way that can work
What is PI? If you are talking about wealth , Yes you are right . Big bloated teams with too many GCLs and SLs doing work of g5 . Wealth management is all about pomp and show and most of the GCLs and CLs are completely out of touch with real work
