I have been with the company for decades and discovered that ranking is more about your role than anything else. I would love it if the corp would post ranking data in the data lake. The bias would be very easy to spot using data analytics tools.

I work at another major and saw a commercial analyst role in the M&A group. Does anyone have any insight if the culture in that group is as bad as the rest?

With all the outsourcing, the system changes, replacement of experience, I see so many errors. Polaris is a disaster and people being rotated in and out who don’t know the process.
