Does Humana accept volunteers for a RIF ? I worked for another organization that accepted volunteers during the Rif and provided the same monetary severance package to those who volunteered. Anyone heard of this option at Humana?

Is anyone aware that one of the ADs over a region of HCS is not a nurse? According to my state's RN licensure last only an RN or a Licensed PHYSICIAN may supervise RNs. How is Humana getting away with this?
