There is a Outcomes study and Urgent Medical IHWA pilot that is taking away our work.
If T&S is low.. that means their referrals to other departments are as well. What's going on??
Wow that is scary. I'm glad I do not work in that dept.
T&S had empty queues by 9am yesterday and today. Don’t know why but it is very concerning

I have noticed that members I managed recently when they call back and you try to open them they have a low referral score now. So even if they go back in the hospital they won’t circle through our program. It seems like we are being phased out. Triage and Support
