Humana is the best-worst company. Does that help?

Take it, ride the wave till it hits the beach. Do good work, be proud of it. Every company these days has issues, nobody's perfect. Build out you Resume, so if it does go south, your ready.

Gonna be pretty easy for people to find out who u are. You gave too many details about yourself.

I say take it. Like others have mentioned, take the opportunity, learn new skills, and leave when the opportunity presents itself.

If You don’t have a job right now I would take it. I would not leave a job for Humana. Depends on your circumstances.

Humana is like any other corporation. They make decisions to make the most profit possible. That sometimes involves layoffs. Right now they are going for the cheapest labor they can get, which means hiring off shore companies or younger workers. I would say take the job, work hard, learn as much as you can, take advantage of every benefit they offer and when the time is right, walk away with your dignity intact.

There will always be layoffs at any Fortune 100 corporation. It’s just how the game works. Get what you can from Humana. Don’t expect the company to be loyal to you. Get paid. Learn new skills. And when it’s time, leave for better opportunities.
