Poor business planning. Some departments are drowning others are getting paid for nothing.
Hired so many new nurses. We don’t have enough members to call anymore.

CM has been a sinking ship for years and shows no ROI. Get out while you can because you’re good people and don’t deserve to be beat down for doing good.
