How hard is it to transfer inside of Humana? Burned out and low qa scores due to non nursing auditors who do not process like nurses do.

I totally agree with this post. I’ve applied for over 15 roles in 2022 and more than 10 this year and been with the company over a decade and have been experiencing issues moving into another role in this company. I’ve never been on a PIP nand have stellar veal’s yearly. Now I see why lots of my prior colleagues have left Humana and went with other companies. It would be interesting for someone to have outreached to the many on reasoning as to why they leave. I bet it is because they have been unable to move up or lateral within another department.
Some will say that age is a factor, but I seem to think it's bigger than that. At one time I used to think it was your network, even if you know someone or reach out to the hiring manager to get a sense first before applying and then apply, auto reject. Don't gets weird when there's no reason offered as to why. Even if so, would it be honest?
Whatever the magic formula is, is not exactly clear. Being qualified isn't enough, having a network isn't enough and from what I can tell spans across many diverse folks.
It was very easy fo-e me.
There is competition when you apply for other roles. Even if your metrics are good, you’re not on a PIP and you’re full or exceptional on your evals, it can be tough. It’s all about being likable, and saying the right things on the interview(s). Humana also is passing on experienced older employees since young, inexperienced workers don’t cost as much.
And not on a PIP.
Impossible
Shouldn’t be difficult if you have met metrics and are in good standing with your manager
