The logic behind it all

I still can't understand the logic behind getting rid of knowledgeable people while in the meantime promoting some of the greatest mediocrity. Isn't that an extremely destructive way of managing a company?

Employees to stay?

How much loyalty is left? People are seriously p#ssed off. No pay rises in years, no loyalty/retention remuneration. The mood/hope is at all time low.

Jobs going elsewhere

It is understandable why cheaper labor sounds like an excellent option for the leadership. However, where will this take the company? They definitely don't think long term.
