Avaya is a HOLD CO. Holding company. Nothing more.
And being a holding company is precisely what the Saudi's needed to be able to be the Keepers of Ma Bell Patents, guided by Avaya Dubai management. This was all orchestrated.
And Apollo is Pleased to profit from the Saudis.
What is happening?
