Best Balance sheet in the industry

Since Avaya has such a strong balance sheet why all the cuts?

Oh - right sizing of course…

Why do you think they avoided all filings until Chapter 11? They needed to keep the ruse going. And Career Con Woman Becky Roof was the perfect candidate to Deliver Smoke and Mirrors

Best balance sheet cannot be verified until financials are published. #inAlanwetrust.
Has anyone seen the financials since they came out of C22?

The #1 reaction from people who read or listen to the "best balance sheet" is WTF? Avaya BoD literally STOLE from lenders and shareholders, were in active Chapter 11 within the last 6 mos, how dare they brag about that?"

Seriously. That's like filing for personal bankruptcy. Getting a personal loan for $100k that you still owe, while tapping into government programs to pay your mortgage. THEN bragging about how you have no debt! It's pathological.

Revenue is falling faster than the price of tulips in February 1637. Only choice is to off load workforce equally fast else that shiny happy balance sheet will look like the leftovers from a wedding party pretty quickly. Very little of worth left, some bits of half eaten cake and a few glasses of half drunk wine.
Party is over, pick yourselves up off the floor and move on.

  1. That every client is ignorant and clueless to Comms--Related Tech
  1. That he is selling to Private Equity and no one else matters (Clients/Channel/Employees)

The US economy is terrible and getting worse. I don’t see Avaya making it. Terrible timing and way to much baggage.
