The Avaya name is associated with failure. Only hope to rebound is to rebrand.

Bed of 🌹

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.
Could they even attempt to sound credible? Ha. Of course not. It's

  • UCToday (on retainer with Avaya Corporate Communications)
  • And now a fresh new Influencer in the mix, claiming to be an independent Analyst, that will do anything to build up their monthly/quarterly retainers, also paid via Avaya 'Influencer* relations.

And to claim Avaya is now a Bed of Roses less than 5 mos post filing for PROTECTION to WIPE OUT EQUITY & DEBT is not only a dilusion, it's part of the paper trail for when Avaya { insert New BRAND NAME here once it's made public } attempt to go public again. Time to get rid of the tired and old Avaya communications playbook. We ALL KNOW what the retainer Analysts said less than 5 mos prior to filing for Chapter 11 Protection in late 2022.
What's most pathetic is that Avaya does control the message. And they allowed this??

Two more “independent” analysts who will be getting their July retainers from Alan, perhaps even a bonus for their kind words.

Sailed?
Nope.
The "SHIP" is "Avaya BS Round 2" and it's just leaving the harbour. It could have launched as "New Avaya. No more BS. No more Paid-to-Play Analysts Spinning Corporate Communications planted narrative". But it didn't. So it needs to be called out. And it makes Avaya look ridiculous. Clients and partners are laughing. No one believes the spin. They will only believe humility. Which Avaya and it's old and dated and not ready for prime time cycled 20 yr veteran communications people are doing the Avaya brand ZERO favors. Same ol. Same ol.

TBH, her real response would also include...

"Did you know I once Woke up and I discovered the Sun Rising, which therefore results in making me a Rising Star of Innovation"
Duh, but of course 🙄

Her prose wouldn't allow her to pass 6th Grade English, yet according to her, if she wears a Harvard sweatshirt and can identify someone 4-removed+2, -10, then she's as good as a person with a Harvard degree!

TOTAL BS
This is Apollo's Plan...it's not Promise. Apollo identified the absolute DYSFUNCTION of the Great Cloud Subscription CON; and, via a Board Insider, Exploited the LIES Chirico and McGrath spun to the market to STEAL Equity. This has ZERO to do with Current CEO's Magnificence. Corporate Communications FAIL for attempting to Glorify the fact that he is anointed one through the process. In fact, they are making CEO look as silly as our favorite 'Did you know I once Woke up and I discovered the Sun Rising' Ignoramus Hair Extension Photoshop Bubble Head.

" Alan says that it’s indicative of the promise that the investors see in the company,” Swartz continued. “They see the potential, and so they want equity instead of debt. That’s what really was the turnaround, the move from the debt into the equity. They are ready to launch as far as the financial position. I don’t think they could have ended any better than what they did "
