What was included in the early retirement package? Is anyone able to share?
I've heard of a few. Offerings a mix of years of service + age. The two I know of won't accept them.

NLRB Determines Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement Provisions to be Unlawful in Severance Agreements
Board determined that both provisions unlawfully prevented the former employees from speaking out about working conditions and compensation (including the severance). If Avaya included limiting language claiming they could prevent you from speaking, REPORT IT to the NLRB Immediately
