I received a few pings from an investigator who claims to be part of a broader investigation into Avaya and it's mishandling of Revenue Assertions and Finacial Stability.
After further review,I've learned they are very legitimate. They are not asking for us to disclose non public information . However. They have made clear that we are allowed to speak to any knowledge in which Avaya publicly stated something that is not accurate.
