Was it produced by a 5 year old? With much aplomb a new website was unveiled today. Is this really the best they could do? I have seen primary school kids do a more professional job.

Avaya is such a joke these days.
First the 🖍️ Crayon-esq Design for Engage, and an extreme overcorrection for the website.
Let's hope some of it is just "holders" while they work on a more integrated design.
It's a bit harsh and off putting.
While I would always agree less is more and to focus on the style that is acceptable to the majority of clients (especially now that leadership has FINALLY acknowledged retaining and growing existing clients is focus, not some hipster start up), this layout doesn't look complete.
Not a fan of the black typeset. I appreciate simple. But this isn't simple. It's abrasive.
And navigation drop downs are not fluid.
Yet small victories -- no more beanies and beards BS.
