Will Corp Risk eventually adjust back to 3 days in office once they get the numbers they need?

Snack-gate: What Actually Happened?
TP&E gets assigned offices and, apparently, the refrigerated snacks vanish at the same time.
Honestly, I'd take a dedicated office over free snacks every day of the week, so this isn't really about the snacks. I'm just amused by how often we hear about transparency and then find out about changes after the fact.
I'm also curious how much the snack program was actually costing. It seems hard to believe refrigerated snacks were breaking the budget, especially in a year when the company is likely doing quite well. Maybe there's context I'm missing.
Hours in office
For the 8 hour mandate, are the hours averaged over the course of a week, over two weeks, or over monthly? Any other information you could provide on this would be appreciated. Thanks.
Maintenance and Cleanliness
Are we making major cuts in these areas too? Things are falling apart and getting nasty! The bathrooms are especially rough! I know when morale gets bad the bathrooms take a beating!
Cubicle seating and general badge access
Lots of talk on this message board. There's an internal article from a few days ago that says cubicle seating will be reintroduced and general badge access for hub markets.
Can someone who knows actual details elaborate? Will people be able to visit other offices in their hub?
Atlanta, is Buford Highway a safe place to live?
I have heard of a lot of crime in the Buckhead Lenox area near the office.
Is there a required number of hours in office?
I applied for a remote job here but was told it will actually be 4 days in office. Anyone have insight into how strict it is? Like is hours tracked
World Cup fan center in the mezzanine
Why is there a massive fan center set up in the mezzanine? What a giant waste of money and time. The office is a place for working, not watching meaningless soccer matches under the guise of finding oil.
How many offices are still open
Besides basking ridge and hidden ridge, how many people still have offices to report to for GNT? So sub markets still have hub offices? I think it’s ridiculous those that live near office have to go in 3 days week and some people are fully remote (same teams//same roles)
Why is RTO such a big issue for some?
I mean if you were in office before Rona... why is it such a big deal to go back to that?... I understand there were alot of remote workers who started during the covid period and its not feasible but if you did it pre covid then what changed?
Cloud RTO sounds like layoff
They’re pushing more and more towards 3 days in office
SUPPOSEDLY they are logging in office time now
Supposedly, they are logging in office time via your computer connected to the network. VPN or not, your sourece IP address while in office will always be a 10.x.x.x. VPN IP will be different.
They are looking for at minimum 1 hour in office - which I assume is to prevent "coffee badging."
I don't know this 100% for sure but this is what Ive heard lately so, for those of you RTO id spend at least an hour in office...
80+ freaking degrees in my store
So tired of cheap a$$ Macy's not replacing compressors
Dallas commuter
What is your daily commute look like from home to HQ? What time you start if you have kids in school and how do you manage day to days life?
Lincoln Office
Why's everyone add the Lincoln office look so sad all the time?

Remote workers
There will be announcements made early 2027 that you will either work in a Truist office or you will be out of a job. They will be calling people individually next year, giving the ultimatum, either move to one of the locations, come into the office daily, or you will be let go.
Sorrento Valley fire
Reminds me of 2003 and 2007 fires.
Does today count for in office
With all of the systems issues we shouldn’t be counted for today being in office. I went home after a few hours of spinning systems.
What is the earliest you can badge in?
EastTown MSP
6am?
5am?
60% in office?
60% each month? No it's over 3 months? Which 3 months?
What is the current RTO requirement?
Former employee here. Been away for a while and haven't kept up on the latest with Wells.
Out of sheer (and I mean sheer desperation) I'm considering applying for an open role.
What is the RTO requirement these days? When I got laid off it was 3 days in office, with rumors of going to 4 or 5 days, combined with reporting to show if anyone isn't spending 8 hours everyday in the office.
But where did things actually wind up?
Shared workspace.
I was diagnosed with shingles a week ago. I've been going to the office all along and plan to keep going in and using shared space. I'm not going to waste a sick day being actually sick. I'm trying to use a different spot every day. Enjoy.
Virtual
When will virtual employees be asked to move to a hub?
Get ready…RTO is happening!
Guys are in our building today moving out old furniture to get things ready for the final group coming back in! Good luck in getting a spot you like. Those of us that have been coming in for TWO YEARS have taken all of the good ones. Enjoy your final days at home!

Dan’s goal isn’t to usher in a workplace utopia so let’s stop philosophizing about how AI should be used in theory. It’s just not going to happen!
Remember it’s the good old cut throat Verizon company culture we’re talking about here.
What a great work day today . . .
I had 35 hours in the office already this week before I woke up this morning. That meant only 5 hours were needed to get to my 40 hours. Got in at 7am, found my desk, connected to the wifi and chilled for 5.25 hours. Left the office by 12:30 and grabbed lunch and a beer before getting home. Forcing me to work 40 hours a week in the office really opened my eyes to what is really important. That I can thank Stank for.
Office Associates, Looking forward to Third Class
Looking forward to seeing you all Monday as I return to the office because three days a week sitting on zoom calls in whatever cube I could find wasn't enough.
Looking forward to having my badge swipes monitored while my hba co-worker gets to hang out with their kids for summer break in between meetings, mine is in daycare that costs as much as my mortgage.
Looking forward to not only being second class to overpaid useless gps but now to the person who faked a panic attack and got an accommodation to sit at home and pretend to work.
Everyone who says it isn't us vs them is a mo--n. It is, hba is an advantage. They aren't getting badge swipes checked, no one is looking at how long they stay online. They need to get rid of hba if we are expected to be an office company now. Why have them at all? Throughout the day you see hba's "away" from their computer all the time. GPs, HBAs then the rest of us peons. We don't even get complimentary snacks.
Smoke/Vape Free Campuses Coming Soon?
Been hearing rumors from upper management that the company is moving towards having to smoke and vape free properties throughout. Can anyone confirm?
Bedminster Drop In Locations
We were told every day is a drop in location at Bedminster. So why do people have personal stuff (including plaques) at "open" desks? Name plates also....
In meetings all day
All on my laptop. But hey, good thing I'm at the office because...why exactly?
Assigned Office Building vs Drop in Space Locations
I don't know about other markets but here in Charlotte we have far too many people that are assigned to work in the Uptown area but use the Ballantyne office more than they do their assigned building in Uptown.
It's definitely, a pain in the rear because there is only a handful of drop in spaces on first come first serve. People who drop in, in most cases have no respect of their surroundings and talk loud and have conference calls on the speaker. Not to mention they use the drop in rooms all day as if its their office when it should be used if you need to be in a confidential meeting.
Not mention they don't clean up after themselves. I can go on and on but I do hope something gets done about it because drop in people think just because someone that has a assigned seat and isn't in the office that day , that they are privy to use that space and/or remove some of their equipment to another workspace.
I actually hope the WPE applies to being at your assigned building for the minimum days.
Verizon Data Team Layoffs 2026
I've heard the rumor both in the office and on layoffs.com - not sure how realistic is to expect that?
Did someone just died at his desk in Bedminster office ?
Hope they relax the RTO policies soon !!!
Dallas commute
Relocating to Dallas this summer and thinking of moving close to Hosp Elementary school in Frisco. I have kids in elementary schools and wondering if anyone is in this situation to commute from Frisco to downtown Dallas and what times you usually start your commute and manage the 9 hours at office. I am unsure if there are any closer areas to cut down the commute for present HQ and upcoming HQ
The hours of my life I will never get back
I have been calculating my commute time lately, and the numbers are depressing. I spend about ninety minutes in the car every day, which adds up to more than an entire workday each week just sitting in traffic. I am curious what everyone else's numbers look like. How much of your life have you lost to driving since we were forced back into the office?

Officce policy??????
Anyone Else see IN the Becky EMail how it was more Centered Around the “3-4 days a week office presence” more than the summer Friday????
Anybody checking office days?
Is anyone really running reports to see who goes in the office?
