Changing the CEO is too late. The best option for Cisco is to sell or spin off all the companies it acquired and then sell the core routing/switching business to Arista or another successful company. It is time for Cisco itself to be acquired.

Splunk and AI has taken over Cisco CX delivery, and many CX managers would soon be obsolete and get cut. Q4 earning day is on target for next rounds of job cuts. Both GES and SP is on target to cut headcount and could see huge cuts.
