What day are we checking the Warn Tracker?

The day before earnings? Day of earnings?

Cisco bypasses WARN by keeping people on for two months.

Eh, that is required by CA law. So, CA is bypassing WARN???

There are a lot of high priced lawyers at Cisco that will make WARN go away.

It’s one week addition per year after 10 consecutive years. 12 years would be 2 additional week’s severance.

Is it 60 days as an employee (so if you have an RSU vest within that time, you still get it?) And then what is avg severance time offered on top of that? Also, is time served still added to that? So if you have 12 years, it's 12 weeks additional? And they pay out unused PTO?

Cisco bypasses WARN by keeping people on for two months. They wouldn't want to spoil the surprise.

Part of the package includes 60 days where you are still a Cisco employee before your actual severance kicks in, this is why no WARN is required prior to being notified that you are affected.

Doesn’t WARN require a 60 day notice? They probably won’t do that until Wednesday PM/Thursday AM.
