Does anyone have any insight as to how Meraki will be impacted? I know they were hit pretty hard in the last round.

You have 2 people doing the same job
But who do you keep
You have strong candidates on both sides
Meraki and Secure Networking sales and SE teams being merged - you do the math
For most technologies, specialists will be more impacted than the general AMs. Let the Hunger Game starts
This LR math:
1 Product Specialist + 1 Account Manager = 1 Account Executive
We can consolidate and cut a lot of high paying Sales people. Expect this type of cut this LR.
Next LR math for some technologies.
1 TSA (SE) + 1 SE = 1 SE
With PSS now being account executives I can only imagine it means that EN AMs likely lose authority and control
If not then this is a pointless title and creates confusion
@boq+1tYbc0vN this already exists in DCloud it has not worked
Now this is innovation and AI
A technology the presents
Takes in customer data
And sells it self shows the desired outcomes the customer / reseller requests
@boq+1tYbc0vN
Same with catalyst center and ISE
AI Dashboard Demos will probably replace a bunch of Meraki sellers soon.
An EN seller relies on specialists and generally does not qualify the business need
You see the push for more end client interaction with MEDDPICC and e2e
Not true at all. An EN seller thinks speeds and feeds a Meraki seller speaks to experience and outcome. SEs should handle most technical activities.
That being said I don’t except much of an impact to either EN or Meraki as they come together.
Think there will be cuts
It is easier to teach an EN seller to do a Meraki demo than a Meraki rep to speak about ISE
