You don't need to ask. So long as Cisco still exists, there will be cuts every quarter without fail.

We've been on an every 6 months layoff cycle for the last 4 layoffs.
Without some kind of vision, direction, or movement to do something functional for customers - Cisco is toast within 5-10 years.
Well it depends they can either do a 10K cut now in this round or 5K now and then another 5K in Feb 2025, in any case i think first plan is to bring the count back to 75K total employees how previously it used to be from 85K where it is now after the great splunk acquisition. Then every 6 months after that it will be 5K or so they can do an intel and do 15K at a time, boy its gonna be fun. At this point its total anarchy at Cisco nobody knows what will happen, welcome to wild wild west to each their own culture. Purge is about to commence be ready.
I would definitely sell any shares you have soon.
There will of course be some ups, but I can’t see the share price going above todays $45 as a short to medium time average.

The latest rumor is that it is only going to accelerate in magnitude until they've reached whatever the magic number is...probably somewhere around 50% of this time last year.
