RIS LAST DAY OF THE MONTH
we literally k–led RIS all month . Got one score of an 8 and lost $375 . This is comical at this point.

Our store needed one more survey and a 9 or 10 would have got us a 1.2. Ironically we didn’t have any surveys come in. I call B.S. Honestly does anyone have trust in the RIS scoring system ?

I just looked and noticed that in order to get a 1.0 you only need a 80-89% RIS instead of 90%+ Anyone else see this? Haven't heard a word about this change from management yet.
