There are about 60 gm/sm positions that are currently open it make no sense to backfill than get rid of within the 6–12 months that is a waste of money but we love spending money on useless c––p aol, yahoo, go90, and that stupid watch to name a few.
Also someone has this great idea to have people come in a half hour early so we can better plan out are day. Most stores open with a manager and a rep so we are going to have morning huddles with one rep and a manager that make alot sense. REPS ARE pi–––d THAT THEY ARE GOING TO BECOMING IN EARLY AND LOSING A HOUR OF FLOOR TIME WHEN THEY HAVE SALES GOALS WHICH THEY HAVE TO MEET. Most locations do not have the headcount to barely run a store but lets come in early and sit around and waste more time because this will happen we all know it. Most people will just come in play with there phones and sip coffee and get paid for it why not. By having people come in early that is a huge waste of money and being UNPRODUCTIVE but what do i know. Another great idea is to mirco manage us to death by putting everything in are calendar that another great idea staffing is so short and retail changes on dime you cannot really plan your day out because we are a fire team trying to hold off a battlion and we are winchestered.
Its time to stand up simply meaning its time to find something else because this is a sinking ship and the writing is on the wall. Leadership it terrible and has no clue what is going and driving the business into the ground. Also the red and black shirts are having a field day with this and most people see the writing on the wall and at this point have nothing to lose might as well go down swinging.
