Do those people have any idea what they're doing? The latest wave of promotions went mostly to people who don't even know know how to do their core jobs. How exactly is that a good idea and how will that help the company? I know nepotism is rampant here but this is just ridiculous.

DMs don't make that much, director's yes.
Did you know leadership pay didn't really get impacted in the last 8 months. DMs make $130,000 to $170,000 a year and directors $225,000 to $275,000. Depends upon on experience.
