SMs are not harassing Reps for not selling VZ Home. They’re literally telling us to include that in the Quote for every single customer. That’s not right and unethical. How can we complain about it? Is HR still gonna stuff cotton in their ears or will investigate this?
On top of all that we’re also told that whoever doesn’t have any VZ Home, they’ll hold us accountable for it & start giving write ups.
On top of that they’re saying they’re bringing Mid Coachings back. Hahahah, what a joke of the year.
But one has to bring this to attention if HR and other investigative parties to get involved and end this corruption going on.

VZ Home - Who is the clown that invented this trash product? Pure garbage. Just like Verlieson is pure garbage.
My store also. Put VZ home in every quote. Just watch them walk. Verizon is going down quick
How can they write you up for VZPhome? It's not even in your performance appraisal or EOY review. All you have to do is ask every customer if they want it, explain a couple benefits then move on if they are that serious. If they try to push it further ask them to do it or to show you how. Bet they can't. SMs couldn't sell a parka in a winterstorm. If and when it's gets to that point and I've done it before when they are on their bull sh–. I keep a check list of every nonsense they want be to talk about and make sure to go down the list in the transaction. They can only hold you accountable if you didn't ask. Also shove it in their face. I work in a wild fire affected area. Lots of people lost everything. Imagine asking them if they want Verizon home insurance. LOL
