They shut down the stores for months, to readjust our pay. They kept it appointment only. Now, they want to open the floodgates and have us work like dogs. We managed appointments, we got growth. The last thing we need right now is our stores going back to how they were before the pandemic. This company is foolish if they think they are going to drive growth in the stores. These leaders are out of touch and frankly a disgrace.
