The plan is to close as many stores as they can. All the issues you’re having with staffing and GMs covering more stores are a byproduct of this plan. I think it’s past the time of complaining. Anyone working retail at this point should accept that it’s over soon. Stop worrying about the bs and start looking for another job.

Yup happening all over. Not to mention the call outs because this open door stuff. Personally going to hang on for a package and offer and just build my resume with certs and qualifications. I'd rater them fire me for some BS and get sued to hell, or get an offer better then what sent retail to WFH perm. These leaders should be fired for their incompetence.

You can see the writing on the wall. Verizon wants a store full of part-timers (making less money and no commission), all of which are key holders and one Manager. Already see the mass exodus of co workers leaving. Verizon is about to be in a scramble to figure out the staffing issues.
