Can anyone explain to me why we still have 2 shifts?!?!?! Close stores one hour earlier. Put everyone on one shift that way we don't split openers and closers and don't have massive ques in the morning waiting for 2nd shift to come in! Also, nobody comes in at night anymore busy times are morning and afternoon. This whole 2 people in the morning until 2nd shift comes in is crazy and we get the comments all the time, "Verizon needs to hire more help"

Reminder that Hans just gave away $10,000,000 to "fight Asian hate" while he's slashing people's jobs and making everyone sell credit cards and insurance for revenue. That money would have been better just going in our pockets.
Also what's all this other SJW BS emails? I'm sick of this woke politics stuff. It's required for someone to provide us their name, address, SSN and a credit check to start a VZW account. Hans is acting like what Georgia did with voting is much worse that what we do. What a hypocrite. We require more information and IDs to verify an account than to vote.
Also what's all of this cr-p about the Sups getting a white privilege training? I heard they had to go to a 1/2 day training and told to check privilege boxes. Is this true? They said that even on one slide they said the reason for black vi-----e is due to over policing. Hans needs to go. The plan is to close as many stores as they can. All the issues you’re having with staffing and GMs covering more stores are a byproduct of this plan. I think it’s past the time of complaining. Anyone working retail at this point should accept that it’s over soon. Stop worrying about the bs and start looking for another job.
