HAINES LAW GROUP, APC is the group that won a lawsuit against Sprint for docking employees pay for customer surveys. I emailed them anon and let them know what was happening at Verizon. Now they endlessly call and email me to "talk" Do what you will with this information. All I know is that I have plenty of screen caps of surveys that people lost money on like "rep had accent" "covid is fake" "rep was a democrat" and so on.

Docking pay is much different than paying for performance. As much as I agree the RIS is BS I don't think there is a case here.
Nevertheless commission will be gone soon and it will be hourly. Don't meet performance standards.. you will be an engineered "layoff" without the cost.
