What is everyone’s thoughts on your new managers that came from indirect during the merge- whether it’s a DM, GM, or SM role? Good, bad, impartial?

I mean they come from indirect so they are already lazy...
Ours changed everything and acted like we weren't in a pandemic... She acts nice to your face but we will see in the next couple months
Awful. An indirect manager was given one of the largest districts in Houston. She is awful. She is a heartless b–ch who treats her employees like f—ing machinery.
Did you know leadership pay didn't really get impacted in the last 8 months. DMs make $130,000 to $170,000 a year and directors $225,000 to $275,000. Depends upon on experience and a car allowance.
