I can confirm that i have been told by my leadership to negativity rate post here and also post positive items on this board and others. I work in a communication office in NJ.
My co-work has been tasked to have post removed also mostly one that name members of upper leadership.
They are more worried about management of the negativity not the major issues with people in retail leading in mass numbers and issues with daily operations
True story if you post on a non-anonymous union site Verizon then spies on its employees social media for awhile after that. Even though they tells us they don't. Can even cause store investigations, but they just tell the staff checking in. Integrity at its finest.

Who cares, every company has a dedicated person whose job is to monitor media and social media. But they can’t do much here, except to report a post thatq violates the site’s rules. They can’t stop people from posting, as all user posts are anonymous, cannot be identified. Stike that - the posts written by a company shill are pretty easy to spot.
The truth must hurt I guess .. if they see all of these concerns then why don’t they address them?
