It's become really unbearable for me, I don’t remember when I was overloaded this much. I prefer working hard than not having any work, but this is still too much, and I am afraid that the pace will become more and more strenuous.

The Verizon employees working in an office wouldn’t last a week on a sales floor. They don’t have people skills like that. They’re good at what they do (maybe) and we’re even better at what we do. I wouldn’t listen to the “retail whine” post guy. He’s on borrowed time just like us all. This is Verizon after all.

Dude why are you working so fast and hard. Try to take as long as possible with each customer. If they want to overload 3-4 reps with BS to only lose money for the company because now we have trash que's then so be it. I'll move as fast as needed, to the customer in front of me. There aren't even chairs for people to sit lol.
