Retail Leadership Pay

Assistant managers 70 to 100k. Store managers/ Sr managers make 80 to 120k a year depending upon time, title and location. Director/DMs make 140 to 200k a year depending upon time, title and location. Sr Directors 250k plus with LTI.

Increased office days

Due to circumstances outside of my control, I am interviewing for a Band 7 role (currently band 6). If I get an offer, am I likely to keep the same salary or could I possibly have to take a pay cut? Current base is $114K.

What are the chances of retail reps unionizing? I would to be honest. It's obvious these quotas and arbitrary metrics are being designed to create turnover. Why pay a severance for store closure when you can reduce headcount through attrition?
