The Tracfone rewards program and point redemtion system has been broken for weeks as discussed by many customers here

VZ bought TF and let it rot while trying to put lipstick on a pig for Total. How long before they change the name
and logo again?
Don’t expect to actually earn any points or rewards from that program—everyone knows it doesn’t work. Legacy IT keeps building systems that break, and then they wonder why customers are frustrated. Verizon should have never bought this company, but they have a habit of acquiring failing businesses just so they can keep pouring money into unprofitable ventures. It’s a pattern they’ve repeated time and again.
