What kind of company doesn’t give a Christmas bonus to its most important staff?

Many large banks/PE firms give their administrative staff hefty Christmas bonuses, but that's about it.
I haven't gotten a Christmas bonus ever like Clark Griswold. But I have received a Spring bonus.
I think you’ve watched Christmas Vacation one too many times. I don’t know of anyone in Corporate America that gets a “Christmas Bonus”.
As an employee I have come to realize that I must do everything within my power to help the Executive staff earn more. Because the more they earn/make, especially bonuses, the more they will want the best for the main staff. I expect Hans, one day, to give us a nice Christmas bonus and to let the HQ teams off for the last 2 weeks of the year like Apple has off. I often want to figure out a way to give more back to Hans and team because I know they have the front line in their best interest. #Employee4Life
