This company can't get any thing right anymore. No wonder we're losing to T-Mobile. The network has been terrible. The customer service is awful. Just everything this company used to do right has gone by the waste side. Line your corporate pockets hans Solo, it starts with you.

@pvmk+1uW8DYes I agree. Where we live in FLA is bad. We constantly have to toggle off 5G (over to LTE) and call people back due to a horrible bad echo. We are also dropping calls which I thought we would be past in 2024.
Yes, in FL where I live it has been bad. A lot of dropped calls, bad echoes where I have to call the person back, slow data. I worked for the company 2+ decades and I feel like I took a time warp back to 1998 with the network!
Nobody left in engineering knows what they are doing. It’s all busy work, conference call after conference call. The knowledge left this company years ago. It’s more important to look busy than actually do work.
Yes I just received an email from a customer asking if customer service was no longer USA based as the language was “different “. Do you really think our customers don’t know what’s going on Leadership? I responded professionally saying we would coach to excellence to ensure a professional experience. Go home Hans - ikea maybe.
